Behavior Counseling

Cats Only Veterinary Clinic takes problem behavior in cats very seriously.  Each year more cats are euthanized as a result of behavior issues than die from distemper, rabies, and leukemia combined.  Thousands of cats are relinquished to shelters, abandoned or euthanized by frustrated owners who fail to find help in understanding and resolving what is often a normal behavior that becomes undesirable or intolerable to live with.  We can help.  Counseling charges are based on time and complexity.  A complete physical examination is performed to rule out any medical disease that may be contributing to the problem.  Subsequent sessions may be done in the office with or without your cat, by phone, or by email.
